About this product

Mashat is a blend of herbs that helps smooth and straighten the hair and reduce frizz and curl, while scenting the hair so it smells lovely. It treats hair fall and dandruff, and helps increase hair length and density. Brown mashat is made for people with coloured hair: it does not change hair colour, giving the benefits of the herbs without changing the shade.

How to use
  1. Take 2–3 spoons, depending on hair length and thickness.
  2. Add warm water and mix well until the texture is creamy and slightly runny.
  3. Spread the mix over the hair and cover the head.
  4. Use it on its own, or with sidr, henna or the sidr mask.
Tips and storage
  • After applying the mix, cover the head with a hair cap, or with a clean plastic bag and a towel over it. Covering keeps in warmth and moisture; without it the result is weaker.
  • The mix is not left to rest: use it as soon as it is prepared, and do not store it.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sun, with the jar tightly closed. Never in the fridge: moisture spoils the powder.
