The terms for ordering on the Auria website, delivery, using the products, and accounts.

About Auria

  • Auria is a Libyan brand of natural hair care products, made in Libya.
  • Legal name: Musk for Natural Products.
  • These terms apply to orders placed on this website and to accounts on the website.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in Libyan dinars as shown in the store, and may change.
  • Payment is on delivery.
  • Orders are confirmed automatically once placed; their delivery stages appear on the order tracking page, and in “My account” when signed in.

Delivery and payment

  • Delivery is by Yamama to every city in Libya; the delivery fee depends on the area and is shown in the cart before you place the order.
  • In Tripoli areas only: pay by bank card at the door with a fixed 6 LYD fee taken by Yamama, or choose women delivery for 5 LYD more on the delivery fee.
  • Card payment and women delivery can't be combined in one order.

Using the products

  • Use each product as described in the instructions on its product page.
  • The ingredients are natural; even so, try a small amount first to make sure you are not sensitive to it.
  • If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please ask a doctor before use.

Accounts

  • Your password is yours alone; please don't share it with anyone.
  • You can delete your account at any time from “My account” → “Personal information” → “Delete my account”.

Data

  • The details you enter on the site are used only to process orders and run accounts.
